We warmly congratulate our President Sim Doughtie, SIOR, CCIM, MCR, SLCR and Vice President Bob Stephens for being recognized as the 2022 recipients of the Alvin B. Cates award designated by the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.

This prestigious award was presented to Sim and Bob for their 237-acre sale and deal that took seven years of effort and a plethora of challenges to successfully execute and secure.
