He has focused on industrial real estate since joining King in 1993 as an Associate Broker where he has represented such clients as TDK, Illinois Tool Works, Atlanta Computer Group and Atlanta Brush Co. For his clients, Steve handles property disposition, site and building acquisition, tenant representation, landlord representation, build-to-suit coordination and consulting services.
