Ryan Clark

Experience

Ryan joined King Industrial Realty in February 2019 as a Sales Associate and became a Vice President in July 2024. As a licensed real estate agent since 2006, Ryan focuses on investment sales, tenant representation, land acquisition, and leasing/selling of industrial properties with an emphasis on the I-75 South Corridor / Henry County and surrounding metro areas. His attention to detail, communication skills, and superior work ethic make him an asset to both the firm and his clients.

Community Involvement

• Ryan worked as an umpire for Minor League Baseball Umpire Development where he spent 10 years moving up the ranks of professional baseball. Ryan ultimately reached the Triple-A level before retiring following the 2018 baseball season.
