Mitchell (Mitch) McGirt joined King Industrial Realty on March 10, 2003. He has been a part of our Research team for over 22 years.
Mitch’s primary responsibility is maintaining the integrity of King’s proprietary database Pinpoint® through careful compilation and analyzation of market data. Additional responsibilities include compiling demographics, zoning, and legal property information for agents and staff to obtain property listings.
Personal Life & Community Involvement
Mitch resides in Dekalb County. He enjoys live music, watching Atlanta United matches, and is fluent in French.
