Experience
Melinda began working as a Research Assistant with King in 2006. She later became the Research Manager and then the Chief Operating Officer. As COO, she wears many hats while still managing PinPoint, our proprietary database. She actively works with each member of the King family, including training staff and agents. She works closely with the firm’s partners to ensure that daily operations and strategies align with the company’s goals.
Prior to King, Melinda managed a cheese brokerage company, but her first love was teaching children, which she did for 9 years in the Buford City School system.
Being an Army Brat, Melinda has lived in many places, but Atlanta has been her home since 1980. She most enjoys spending time with her kids and two grandchildren.
