Experience
Mary Grace joined King Industrial Realty in 2022 as an administrative assistant for its Midtown office and was promoted to Marketing and Operations Coordinator in August 2025. Passionate and creative, she focuses primarily on social media, marketing and website content curation, engagement, and helping execute marketing strategies under the Marketing Director to promote the firm and agent branding. In addition, Mary Grace serves as the “Face of King” and is responsible for handling phone and written correspondence with potential and existing clients, as well as handling property management, lease filing projects, running reports for agents, and accounting tasks.
Prior to King, Mary Grace worked as an English as a Second Language teacher and lived extensively in France and Turkey, as well as spent several years exploring and traveling in nearly forty-five countries. In her free time, Mary Grace is passionate about video production, editing and scripting for her podcast and YouTube channel, planning her next bucket list travel destinations, diving deep into health, fitness and cooking, and maintaining international friendships and connections. She lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with her fiancé.
