Jowell represents the best interests in the areas of tenant representation, building and land disposition. He has extensive experience in marketing land for its best and highest use. He works with an array of clients that vary from municipalities, Fortune 500 companies, industrial tenants, small businesses and families.
Jowell joined King Industrial in the Fall of 2018 and has partnered with several of King’s top producing agents to develop leads and foster client relationships to build his property listings and deal portfolio in Metro Atlanta. Jowell’s superior negotiation skills, level of detail, and business leadership skills are an asset to the firm and to his clients.
Prior to joining King, Jowell was a landscape design and installation contractor that catered to high end properties. He also has experience in sitework and heavy civil construction.
