Jason McCart

Experience

With a background in office leasing and development, Jason has experience in numerous aspects of commercial real estate. Prior to joining King Industrial Realty in June 2001, he was an Associate Broker for Technology Park/Atlanta, an office park development company based in Duluth, GA. At Technology Park, Jason was responsible for the marketing and leasing of 100,000 square feet of Class A office space.  In 2015 Jason and five other associates purchased King Industrial Realty from its founder Charles B. King, Jr., and became Senior Vice President and Partner.

Prior to working at Technology Park, Jason served as a real estate contractor for MARTA in which he reviewed the financial pro formas regarding transit-oriented developments (TODs) around the Sandy Springs, Medical Center and Lindbergh Stations.  He also negotiated the acquisition of industrial buildings in the Armor Industrial area for a planned rail service facility.
