Guy Watkins

Experience

Guy has been with King Industrial Realty since 2000. He brings his thirty years of experience in industrial real estate advisory and brokerage services, along with fifteen years in the CPA profession, to the King team. Guy specializes in the North Metro Atlanta area and I-85 North GA corridors. His experience includes industrial sales and leasing of improved properties, land, and build to suit projects.

Before joining King, Guy was in the Private Company-Entrepreneurial Group with EY, an international CPA firm, for twelve (12) years as Senior Manager practicing financial, tax and business advisory services.
