Ed Smith

Experience

Ed joined King Industrial Realty in January of 2007 and brings over 22 years of experience in real estate and corporate sales to the King team. He earned his CCIM designation in 2024.

As an Associate Broker, Ed focuses on tenant representation and leasing/selling of industrial properties with a particular emphasis on the Chattahoochee Industrial District and the Tucker / Stone Mountain sub-market.  Prior to joining King, Ed was Director of Acquisitions for an Atlanta developer.
