Bryan Marshburn started his career at King Industrial in 2016 and became a Partner of the firm in July 2024. He has over 20 years’ experience in real estate sales, management, leasing, and land development. Bryan started his career at Georgia State University, working part-time as an agent’s assistant and worked his way up through the ranks. Prior to joining King, Bryan worked in REO brokerage and disposition, asset management for a private equity firm, and investment sales. Bryan’s current focus is representing landlords and sellers in the I-75 South corridor. Bryan’s existing real estate knowledge and insight on potential and existing deals is an asset to the firm.
