Experience
Bob started his career at King Industrial Realty in 2004. As a licensed real estate broker, Bob focuses on tenant / purchase and landlord / seller representation, investment sales and acquiring land for development and negotiating build to suit projects for businesses that want to relocate to the Atlanta area.
Prior to joining King Industrial Realty, he worked thirty-one years in various divisions of Delta Air Lines. He served the last sixteen years as the General Manager of Crew Resources and Planning for Delta. In this capacity he gained valuable negotiating skills by participating in labor contract negotiations.
