Wilson Covington and Bryan Randall with King Industrial Realty in Atlanta, Georgia were involved in successfully collaborating on and executing a $3.5 million 45,000 square foot industrial sale. Wilson and Randall worked in partnership with Cleveland-based Weber Wood Medinger’s Blair Wood and Kevin Joseph, who are also CORFAC International affiliates.
