Mike began his career in information technology in 1992 writing software for the automotive industry: mainly for finance and insurance. In 1999 he started a consulting firm with two other partners providing services to automobile dealerships. Unfortunately, it was about this same time that the “dot.com bubble” burst and made a new start-up venture very difficult.
As IS/IT Director, Mike has been King Industrial Realty’s tech foundation for nearly 23 years. He handles everything from computers and servers to our phone system, company-wide network and cyber security. But his biggest project and responsibility has been developing and maintaining our proprietary database, Pinpoint. It gives our sales team an unbeatable advantage by tracking every industrial space and availability in the Metro Atlanta market. Business media that need market information about Atlanta industrial real estate come to King Industrial because our data is better. We track over 930 million square feet of industrial space, more than anyone else.

Personal Life & Community Involvement
Mike currently lives in Monroe, GA with his wife Cyndi and two cats, Moose and Biscuit. He has spent many years serving in several churches in the worship ministry in various roles.
In his spare time, he likes to read, play music and sing and is an avid video gamer. Eyes up, guardian.
