Experience
Brandon has concentrated on tenant representation and owner listings since becoming an agent in 1999. Prior to becoming an agent, he worked at King Industrial Realty, Inc. for four years as a research associate. During that time, Brandon was involved in all aspects of industrial due diligence and real estate market analysis. He has been specifically involved in consultations on zoning, ownership, and tax issues. He has also worked as a commercial appraiser and as a real estate title examiner.
